An open letter to American Professor Jerome

Dear Professor Jerome Cohen :
Since you have paid
much attention to the human right of Taiwanese and you are a teacher of president Ma. I am eager to know your possible
comment about this tragedy happened in south chinese sea. I will tell you the
whole story in brief at first.
Taiwanese fisherman

fired at a Taiwanese fishing boat in an incident that authorities in Taipei
said left a crewman dead and triggered widespread outrage on Taiwan.

“The video showed the soldiers acted unprofessionally. They were laughing
while they were shooting the boat,” a source who has seen the video of the

have a part on him. We all Taiwanese are
united in One.

the machine gun of Philippine Coast Guard shooting to an un-weaponed fisherman’s
boat which was penetrating every human being’s heart and destroying the
dignity of mankind.
